Bought my Skoda Octavia from Mark couple of weeks back. Everything went smooth, from start to finish. Mark went the extra mile trying to accommodate my late visit and even if I kept him after business hours with all the questions and checks I have prepared, he was polite and available, providing all the info I have required. Car was ready in a couple of days, at the agreed time, with all paperwork done. In and out for collection, very smooth. Very good service, car in excellent shape and can't be more happy with my purchase. Thank you. P.S. Excellent communication - pre and after-sale.
