We are now looking to hire a USED CAR SALES PERSON

The person we hire will have:

• A keen interest in, and excellent knowledge of cars and some Car Sales Experience
• A positive outlook and a friendly approach to both customers and colleagues
• A Full Irish Driving Licence
• The ability to upsell
• Computer Literacy, including Excel and preferably use of CRM Systems
• Car Finance Experience - quoting, props, sign up (Preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organised
• Attention to detail - from quote to completion of sale

This role offers an extremely generous basic wage for the right person along with a commission structure that allows you to boost your salary when you hit very achievable monthly and quarterly sales targets.

STARTING BASIC SALARY IS DEPENDANT ON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Guideline Salary - Junior Car Sales Person €36 + (DOE)

Qualified Car Mechanic - 2 Yrs Experience Needed

Job description

We are now inviting applications from experienced Car Mechanics with proven experience across a broad range of car brands and light commercial vehicles.

This role does not generally involve any heavy lifting work and is primarily focused on Car Prep, PDI and Servicing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that vehicles are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken of each vehicle on the premises, whether for repair or servicing.
• Diagnosis, repair and servicing of all makes of used cars and light commercial vans to the highest standard and in line with the latest manufacturer guidance.
• Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of repair, service and maintenance of vehicles.
• Maintain existing knowledge and keep product knowledge and skills up to date, as required.
• Keep the place of work tidy and in a clean condition at all times.
• Advise the Workshop Manager, Sales Manager or Aftersales Manager (as appropriate) of any additional work identified as being necessary during a service or repair.
• Be available to work overtime, with reasonable notice, if requested by management.

Specific Requirements:

• A positive outlook and a friendly approach to customers and colleagues.
• A Full Irish Driving Licence.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Keep all stakeholders up to date on work progress and advise of delays or issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Qualified Car Mechanic / Vehicle Motor Technician - with at least 2 years experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Wash and Valet cars in line with agreed standards.
• Ensure regular stocks of cleaning materials.
• Ensure any damage is notified to the relevant manager in order that appropriate action can be taken.
• Inspect vehicles with sales/service person prior to customer handover.
• Keep the place of work tidy and in a clean condition at all times.
• Be available to work overtime, with reasonable notice, if requested by management.
