Ireland. Because the application is
securely connected to Finance Ireland's underwriting platform, customers can
often receive an initial lending decision in as little as 15 minutes. Almost a
decade later, close to 100% of finance applications introduced by Bill Griffin
Motors are submitted directly by customers through the dealership's website.
Bill Griffin Motors has also continued to play a leading
role in helping Finance Ireland develop new digital services. The dealership
was the first to pilot Finance Ireland's Customer Portal, giving customers the
flexibility to complete key stages of their finance application at a time that
suits them.
Finance Ireland's customer self-service portal allows
customers to verify their identity, upload supporting documentation and
electronically sign their loan agreement from the comfort of their own home. By
reducing paperwork and enabling key steps to be completed remotely, the process
gives customers greater control over when and how they complete their purchase.
